Project Management Professional (PMP)®

This 35-hour course is designed to prepare individuals for the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam. This comprehensive course covers the key concepts, methodologies, and best practices in project management as outlined in the PMBOK® Guide (Project Management Body of Knowledge). The curriculum includes:

  1. Introduction to Project Management: Overview of project management fundamentals, including definitions, concepts, and the project life cycle. The breakdown of the 3 Domains and their importance on the exam.
  2. Project Management Framework: Detailed exploration of the PMBOK® Guide’s five process groups (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing) and ten knowledge areas (Integration, Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Resource, Communication, Risk, Procurement, and Stakeholder Management).
  3. Exam Preparation Strategies: Tips and techniques for studying, understanding the exam format, and tackling different types of questions.
  4. Practice Exams and Quizzes: Simulated exams to assess knowledge and identify areas for improvement. We emphasize how to ready the questions to choose the correct answer.
  5. Interactive Learning: Case studies, real-world examples, and group discussions to reinforce learning and practical application of concepts.
